Astoundingly, I managed to take some pretty OK pictures this roll. If memory serves, most, if not all, of the photos are manually focused. This is because in many of them, I wanted to focus on something that the I knew the auto-focus mechanism, which is kind of primitive (vintage late-1980s!), wouldn't have focused on. I'm thinking my success this time around might be because most of the pictures were taken on a sunny day so I was able to see what was in the viewfinder more sharply. However, exposure time and aperture - as always, so far - are automatic.
Anyway, as always, criticism. Feel free. The photos:
o Trainyard
o Burning Bridges
o Tomhannock Reservoir
o Reservoir + Tree
o The End
o Wildflowers
o DJ + Flower, Shot 1
o DJ + Flower, Shot 2
o Gaze, Shot 1
o Gaze, Shot 2
o Look Over Here
o How Does Your Garden Grow?
o Peekaboo
Again, I hope everyone enjoys the pictures! All except for "Trainyard" were taken at the Tomhannock Reservoir on September 30th. "Trainyard" was taken some slightly after midnight on September 20th. And actually, if you look on the right side of that photo, you can see what appears to be an error by the CVS tech who scanned the negatives - there's a chunk of another picture taken the same night, but which did not make the cut.
More to come!
